This scope of work has slowly become one of the cornerstones of our offerings. In most Load Bearing Stud Structures we provide the framework for the elevated concrete slabs utilizing various methods/ manufacturers.
In the design process, we are engaged early on to help price and select the best floor system for the building, whether it’s Ecospan Composite Joists, Dove Tail decking, Commodity Decking or Cold-Formed Joists we can help determine what will optimize the building frame. In addition to the floor framing, we also provide temporary shoring as required to drive the building frame schedule forward.
